Almond Butter and Banana Toast

I know, it sound simple but I promise this recipe is so good and you are gonna keep doing it all over again.


This recipe is more commonly made with peanut butter but since I have a peanut intolerance I use almond butter instead, which notbothers me at all! On the contrary I enjoy and love almond butter so, so much and the combination with bananas, toasted buttered bread and some honey or maple syrup it is just amazing and perfect as an afternoon snack or healthy breakfast.


What do you need?

- Bananas

- Artisan sliced bread

- Almond butter

- Coconut flakes

- Hemp heart seeds

- Honey or maple syrup if vegan

- Vegan butter or coconut oil


Any suggestions?


I do have some…

-I highly recommend to use artisan bread such as sourdough or rustic bread, because they have more flavor and nutrients than store bought box breads.

- Of course you can use any nut butter, Cashew butter and almond butter are my favorites but imagine your bread with healthynuttela?...

- Toppings… you can basically use whatever kind of healthy toppings you have on hand.

- Use honey or maple syrup if vegan.

-You can add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to make it tastier.

Ingredients

- 1 sourdough bread slice

- 1 whole banana

-2 Tbsp. Almond butter

- 1Tbso.Cocunutflakes

- 1 tsp. hemp heart seeds

-1 tsp. raw honey or pure maple syrup

- 1 tsp. vegan butter.


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet.

2. Butter both sides of your bread and place it into the skillet, cook each side for about 1-2 minutes.

3. Spread almond butter on top of your bread, peel the banana and cut in half, place it over the nut butter.

4. Garnish with your selected toppings and Enjoy!





Pan Tostado con Crema de Almendras y Platano


Se que suena super simple pero les prometo que se van a enamorar. Este toast queda perfecto como desayuno o snack saludable, y básicamente pueden ponerle encima sus toppings favoritos…


Solo necesitan

- Bananas

- Rebanadas de pan artesanal

- Crema de Almendras (puede ser de cacahuate o cualquier crema de nueces)

- Hojuelas de coco

-Corazones dehemp

- Miel de abeja o miel de maple pura

-Mantequilla vegana o aceite de coco



Descripción


Deliciosa tostada untada con mantequilla de frutos secos, decorada conplátano, miel y hojuelas de coco, quien le dice que no a tanta delicia?

Ingredientes

-1 rebanada de pan artesanal,tipo masa madre o pan rustico

- 1 plátano pequeño

- 2Cdas de crema de almendras

- 1cdita de mantequilla vegana

- 1cdita de corazones dehemp

- 1cdita de miel de abeja o miel de maple


Preparación:


1. Calienta un sartén o comal

2. Unta mantequilla en los dos lados del pan y colócalo en el comal. Cocina cada lado del pan por 1-2 minutos o hasta que se vea doradito.

3. Unta crema de almendras y encima coloca el plátano pelado y partido por mitad, sobre el pan.

4. Decora con el coco,hempy miel. Disfruta!
